Tons of talented people are ready to help you and the business. The flexible work model is also a crucial factor for me to get the most out of myself and employees in general.
So far, MongoDB is the sixth company I've worked for and the best company I've joined.
Maybe RSUs could start vesting a bit early.
Don't give up on the flexible work model we have in place. It's a huge differential to attract quite talented and responsible people that'll help grow the business even more.
