The work was challenging, yet fun and rewarding. It was great for early learning. The team was highly collaborative and very helpful. The office is really nice.
The in-person expectations, particularly in Dublin, were not ideal, and the city itself was not a great fit for me.
The interview process felt fairly balanced, although some questions and interviewers were harder than others. It was nice to see female interviewers, as my experience interviewing at many other companies tended to be fairly male-dominated.
Had a brief 15-minute call (phone screening). Following that, I had to complete a software project before three sets of interviews: engineering, coding, and ethics. It was quite intense for a software engineering internship.
I applied online and filled out some questions. I received a rejection email two months later. The questions were about why I wanted to apply and which of the listed teams I wanted to apply for.
