Standard first-round behavioral phone interview, asking about past experiences and projects I worked on. After about a week, I was followed up by a second-round, one-to-one technical interview hosted by a software engineer from their team.

Standard phone interview. The recruiter will contact you to set up a time to talk over the phone. Very friendly, but asked me to clarify my graduation date four times. I got back within the week; I was rejected.

Applied online and received an email about an HR call. The call was pretty typical; ensure you know why you want to work at MongoDB and what they do. After this, I received an invitation to a technical phone interview via a coding platform. The ques
