Great product, people, and industry experience
- Cutting-edge products (both MongoDB and Evergreen).
- Modern development stacks for the most part.
- Meticulously planned intern program, which does a great job of giving interns impactful roles.
- People seem to be into what they do.
- Laid-back environment where things seem to get done because people care, rather than because they are trying to make promotion or keep their job.
- Contact with the open-source community.
Global vision is not really a major part of the culture. I understand that it is a tech product, but it would have been nice to feel like more people were aware and discussing impact beyond the tech world.
Management seems pretty on point, but also I don't know anything about stuff like that.
