Love the product and people. Everyone, top down, is super technical. 100% of employees are aligned with the core values of the company, which is indeed the best.
Employees fully remote do not have a great internet reimbursement policy. Like in my case, my home is 42.1 miles from the MongoDB office, and based on Austin peak hour traffic, it takes close to 3 hours one way commute. This makes it practically impossible. As per the policy, you have to be at least 50 miles away to be eligible.
Top management is so open and communicative. We have All Hands calls every month. It's hard to find a flaw.
Great company and great product.

It's a long process, but definitely doable. They provide you with a lot of guidance and help throughout. There is a technical side, but for sure more on the sales side when it comes to the different rounds. Great coaching and mentoring as well.
The first round was a screening. They asked a few questions, such as: * Why MongoDB? * What do you know about MongoDB? * How do things get executed? She also introduced herself.
