Great engineering culture built around mentorship. Product typically has project requirements prepared before the quarter starts, allowing engineers to seamlessly transition to the next line of work.
Great mobility across engineering orgs.
Little visibility and collaboration on work across engineering orgs/teams. Not a huge con, but sometimes it would be great to have more visibility into what teams are working on.
Had a nice interview with a recruiter; I was ghosted afterwards. I reached out, waiting for some sign of next steps or progress, but heard nothing back. I understand it’s a busy time, but some feedback would have been appreciated.
The interview consisted of a coding interview, a system design interview, and a number of hiring manager/VP interviews, all completed over a period of a couple of days. The coding interview was in person and required writing a JSON parser.
The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. The interview process consisted of the following rounds: * Recruiter Screen * HM Interview * Onsite: Technical, Cultural Fit I was rejected in the second round.
