Pros: Work-life balance is great.

Cons: The pay band is low for the industry.

Pros: Teamwork. Leadership skills and supplier quality management and development skills.

Cons: Lacking technical training (external or internal) for growth.

Pros: Some talented professionals who are supportive team players and dedicated to the company's objectives, above their own ambitions, needs, and health. Stability for those who are content with banal work tasks that are well below their expertise and skills.

Cons: Out-of-touch middle management refuse to follow company-wide policies, standards, and industry best practices. They are more focused on protecting unqualified 'old furniture' than on progressing company values and growth. No regard is shown for staff welfare and wellbeing, and wages that are half the industry average have led to an exodus of key staff over the last 5 years. Innovation is forbidden, as is access, time, and investment for meaningful training, continuous improvement, or career growth, with decades of dedication and exceeding performance KPIs being disregarded and unappreciated. It is an ironic, dystopian working environment where doing the right thing is punished, while those who regularly do not have the company's best interests at heart are rewarded.
