I had attended an interview with Noggin, a company that was acquired by Motorola Solutions. I was interviewed by a lead engineer and manager from the team for which I was being considered.
I was told by HR that the role would be for a Frontend Developer position. However, during the interview process, I was also asked backend-related questions. I came to know that it was, in fact, a frontend-focused full-stack role that they were looking to hire for.
After the interview, HR did not get back with the outcome nor would they pick my calls until 4 weeks later. I had also tried to get in touch with 3 different HR contacts during this period and only got a response acknowledging my email after about 3 weeks. I was finally able to get in touch with the initial HR contact who had approached me with the role to know the outcome. I basically felt ghosted, and HR displayed an unprofessional attitude post the technical interview.
The interviewer went through my resume and talked through my experience at previous roles.
