After I applied online, recruiters contacted me, spoke some English with me, and scheduled a written C/C++ and TCP/IP test. The tasks were rather easy and did not require in-depth knowledge of language constructs; rather, clarity of thought was tested. There were some functions to write, yes or no questions such as 'can enum be inherited,' and so forth.
TCP/IP seemed a bit more complex, as were questions regarding Tetra stack. No prior experience in this domain was a major obstacle for me.
