I made it through a remote coding interview and got through an hour in-person coding exercise followed by general technical discussion. The third and (what I thought) would be final interview involved high-level questions, during which the interviewers were not engaged at all. They stared into their laptops the whole time and didn't interact or provide any feedback. I'm not sure if their employees were forced to do the interview against their will, if I was a terrible candidate, or if they are just flat-out miserable working there. I finally got a "thanks, but no thanks" email six months later. Six months to receive any feedback is really unprofessional, regardless of candidate fit.
