Process

I received an interview call from Digital Minds Technologies in Chennai. They are deploying to Motorola.

Motorola conducted the interview in rounds:

  1. Telephonic interview (42 mins)

They asked completely about automation, Selenium advanced questions, and Java interview questions. A total of 16 questions were asked.

  1. Zoom interview (45 minutes)

Similar to the first round, they asked advanced Selenium interview questions and Java interview questions. Only one manual testing interview question was asked, and I answered all 19 questions. Finally, they rejected me without any reason.

They stated it was completely for a manual testing profile and asked only automation testing (Selenium with core Java in depth) and only one manual testing question, and then they rejected me.

This was a very bad experience I faced with Motorola. Kindly give exact feedback. Actually, there was no reason to reject me. Give exact feedback to job seekers, or else don't take interviews.
