Codility was one thing, the interview was about another thing, and the whole job was about an even different thing. Complete nonsense. Not a single word about the project. The interviewer couldn't answer simple questions.

Pros: Everyone on my team and manager are great and very helpful, and it is a great learning environment.
Cons: I was hired for a position, but after finishing that project, I had to work on a completely different project that was not my expertise.
