Good work-life balance but poor management and culture
Work life balance is good, and a lot of free time to get extra income such as becoming an insurance agent, an MLM side business, or even getting an extra few thousands from just focussing on generating patents.
Selfish and disrespectful higher management that does not encourage promotions. Middle managers always give excuses and empty promises about employee growth. Middle managers are biased towards their own "gang". Innovation is slow and the tech stack is old, which I don't recommend if you are looking for frontier tech companies.
Encourage growth and development with objectives for promotions. Don't let political intentions get in the way of company growth.
