Software Engineer
Started with a phone interview, which only consisted of me talking about my resume and projects. There were no coding questions. The onsite interview consisted of speaking with three engineers and one hiring manager. Everybody was very friendly. I s

Few steps (four, including the offer). There was frequent contact from the recruiter, although a bit spaced out between the stages (I imagine they had several people being evaluated). At least the interviewers were always very cordial.
