I applied through a job site and received a call from HR. The hiring process was systematic and not difficult. All questions were expected SQL questions.
First, there was a telephonic round with the manager, followed by a written test on SQL. The SQL test had six scenarios of average difficulty. There were also four questions on analytical reasoning, which were very simple and required basic school algebra knowledge.
Overall, it was a good interview experience. However, they hired people with whom they had prior contacts or who had good connections with existing employees, as that was communicated to me.
Nothing unexpected. Questions were also not unexpected.
