I had applied at NetApp RTP, NC via their career site and received a call for the first HR screening round about a week after my application. The screening round lasted approximately 15 minutes.

The HR informed me that I would receive a call the following week from the Hiring Manager for a technical interview. I received the call as scheduled, and the interview went well, with the manager asking about my past experiences and project work.

That half-hour interview actually took about an hour. The manager invited me for an onsite interview at the end of our conversation.

The onsite interview lasted approximately 3.50 hours and consisted of three rounds. Two team members interviewed me in each round. They asked me about everything on my resume.

It went well, but I later received a rejection stating that they were looking for a candidate with more industry experience.
