A recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn.
I sent them my resume and was told that NetApp was interested. I then applied on their site and was contacted a few days later.
I had a technical interview scheduled for a Monday, but the interviewer wasn't able to make the meeting.
Even though we rescheduled, they seemed very inflexible with interview times. I asked for different times, but I was told I had to abide by the developer's schedule.
Unfortunately, I didn't make it past the technical screening.
