Pros: Excellent work-life balance, supportive team leads, and a collaborative work environment with great colleagues.
Cons: Upper management can be rigid and slow to fulfill commitments. Salary and compensation are not particularly competitive. In recent years, there has been a lack of clarity regarding intern promotions, leading to frustration among employees.
