Great values and everyone lives by them.
Lot of scope to learn.
Good support from management.
Lot of games, outings, team lunches, and parties, which keep you focused and relaxed.
Cons: No cons. Even if there are cons, it is reasonable given the kind of work environment.

Pros: NetApp is a great company if one wants to get into the storage software domain. If you get to work in the filesystems or kernel team, it's a good learning experience.
Cons: 1. Salary is not competitive anymore.
2. There is a lack of trust towards newer members in the company. If you are a new member working on the filer, you will have to overcome numerous prejudices to add any substantial code to the codebase.
