Pros: Great culture. Good place to learn a lot about storage networking and embedded systems. Very nice colleagues, good workplace benefits like a gym, break room, Wii, etc.
Cons: A little slow to predict market changes and respond accordingly. Can do better at matching market compensation and benefits.
