Process
There are a total of 3 rounds of interviews, after having a screening call with HR.
First round: Interview with the hiring manager.
Second round: A panel interview with 2 Engineering leads.
Third round: Interview with the Engineering director.
At the end of the 3rd round, the hiring manager will meet with you again to share the interview feedback. Afterward, HR will call you to discuss salary and benefits. That's all.
