Pros: Employee friendly, beer bash, snacks.
Cons: Code is mostly written in a haphazard manner, with no standards followed or maintained. As there is a saying, 'One man's hack is another man's day job'; most of the code written at NetApp is more of a hack and has no neat design. NetApp's core OS is monolithic, which speaks volumes about the code quality.
Forceful vacation twice a year.
