I Got Ghosted!!!!
I do expect, after I spent my time in 3 rounds of interviews (which includes a 6-person panel interview), to at least get a simple “NO”.
Totally unprofessional. I reached out multiple times asking for feedback. The response was always the same single line:
“Waiting for the hiring manager to take a decision.”
It's been almost 2 months since my last interview. How hard is it for NetApp to say NO to a candidate??
Tip for future candidates: Just burn the bridge to this company, as it's not worth your time.
