One of my worst interview experiences was when I had a panel interview with three people. I felt confident during the interview and believed I had answered most of the questions satisfactorily. They even informed me that I would receive a call either on the same day or the next day for the next round. However, to my disappointment, I received a rejection instead. The reason they provided was that I lacked experience in cloud infrastructure. I have more than six years of experience in cloud services and answered most of the questions asked by the three panel members. It was disheartening to receive such feedback after feeling positive about the interview process. I would suggest not wasting time and starting to record interviews and take feedback from the candidates.
