First round had 4 sections, including apti and technical. Technical section included algorithms, data structures, and computer networks. Networks was the most challenging part. There was a sectional cutoff. Around 20 students were shortlisted. This was followed by 2 technical and one HR round.

Pros: It is mostly self-driven, rather than a boss overlooking you. All you need to do is show enthusiasm and get things done.
Cons: Not so competitive pay here.
