Software Engineer Interview Experience - Raleigh, North Carolina

Process

The interview process involved four rounds of 45-minute Zoom interviews, preceded by a quick call with the recruiter.

The first round was technical, focusing on Python scripting and testing-related questions.

The second round was behavioral.

The third round involved LeetCode medium coding challenges along with technical questions.

After clearing these three rounds, the fourth round was a technical discussion and rapid-fire session with a Director.

Despite completing all these stages, they decided to ghost me. I used to think NetApp was a good company to work for. It's been 45 days with no response from the recruiter, and I'm guessing there won't be any.
