For new grads,
there were 4 rounds of interview.
- Written test. If you qualify through that, you will get a chance to attend an interview.
There were three technical rounds.
All the rounds were based on OS, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
Once the 3 technical rounds were cleared, there was an HR interview.
If you clear all three, you are through.

Pros: - Good work/life balance
