Process
I first received a call from a recruiting specialist who arranged to have a phone interview with the hiring manager. After the phone interview, I was invited to visit onsite for face interview. I was interviewed by three different engineers including the hiring manager. The questions consisted of my background, skills, and projects; a few technical questions regarding my past projects to ensure that I have actually done the work.

The buildings were modern and the cubicles were roomy (until they downsized them). Rumors are they'll have a second layoff this year. Company revenue is declining and they aren't innovating. I'm sure they are trying to keep afloat, and they'll be okay for years to go thanks to their cash on hand, but all the signs are there. Unless they perform a miracle, they're going down.
