Classical screening and interviews dominate the process. The atmosphere is more laid-back compared to other companies in competing tech markets. There is a light-conversation approach overall. Typically, candidates meet with two managers and two or more peers. Standard HR contact occurs before and after the interviews.

Management:

• Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
• How do you handle disruption and change?
• How familiar are you with Agile processes?
• Explain any recent interactions with suppliers and vendors.

Peeers:

• How familiar are you with Vendor X and Vendor Y?
• How do you handle escalations?
• Are you familiar with the OS (ONTAP, SANTRICITY, etc.) we use?
• Describe a time you interfaced between business units and a supplier/vendor to complete a task.
