At this time, NetApp is very unstable, and layoff fears seem to always be in the back of everyone's mind. Because of this, the competition component comes into play, and people are looking out for themselves.
Be open and honest with your teams. The culture at NetApp Wichita has always been very good, but that will change with any deceit.
