Increasing amounts of company politics, engineering process, braindead release management antics, and executive doublespeak.
If you want us to believe that NetApp is a great place to work, you have to walk the walk. You are compromising employee satisfaction for short-term reduction in operating expenses. This is not a sustainable model.
