Good work-life balance, facilities, and technology. However, there is the worst politics in some non-DataONTAP departments. Lobby culture exists
- Work-life balance.
- Office facilities: free beverages, snacks, beer, etc.
- Technology exposure.
- Worst in politics.
- Lobby culture. People will try to revenge in groups. They can go to any extent. There are no ethical boundaries.
- Unstable for sometime, with firings and restructuring.
- Management in non-Data Ontap departments is very immature and incapable.
- Polishing is open and seems to be the de facto expectation within all levels of management.
Clean lower, mid, and higher mid management. They will eat up the technical and best employer reputation of the company.
