Extra effort is not recognized. Little or no stock is offered to employees. Poor management team. Impossible to implement change. Company constantly reports and focuses on being voted "Best Place to Work," but in actuality, it is far from that. They do not back it up, and I'm not sure how they are able to receive that award.
