Excellent Perks Great culture Good compensation Nice work/life balance
The OCQ Quality Team process is outdated, extremely slow-paced, and lacks the skills necessary to bring the team and the product to the next level.
Listen to the employees when they make the effort to speak up.
I applied online and received a call for a phone interview. The phone interview was a technical round, focusing heavily on data structures and API questions. Although it's a senior-level role, the questions were framed for college-level students.
The interview process was good until the day of the interview. From that day onwards, the recruiter has been continually ignoring my emails, calls, and any attempt to get in touch whatsoever. I would definitely not recommend anyone waste their time
Telephonic with the manager, then onsite for 5 hours. It was full of technical rounds talking with different leads. The manager is good, but the team members are not clear on exactly what they want.
