Great pay and benefits, but the future with the company is always in question
The people you work with are great. The company has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The pay is good and there are great benefits.
The upper level of management hinders the company. The CEO lacks vision. The company has had layoffs and re-organizations for the past five years straight. When it comes to cuts, you are not a person, just a number, no matter how hard you worked!
Stop the layoffs. People were let go that were an asset to the company!
