One horrible company heading in the wrong direction
Was once a growing company but is now in transition. It is still relatively stable.
It has a great gym and some decent benefits, but nothing else.
Turned into a large company that doesn't provide employees any skill diversity or opportunity for growth.
Typical large company that restricts your skills to decrease marketability if you would want to leave.
Made promises they knew they wouldn't keep.
Get your act together, be honest with employees, and trim some of the inept management.
