A lot of work. You are expected to work day and night. No promotion, no hike. Expected to deal with layoffs at least 4 months in a year. You read right. They just announce it 2 months prior to each layoff with an email which is the most optimistic in the entire year. Once layoffs complete, one more round of rehiring to prepare for the next layoff.
