Smart Team, Layoffs Worry
The work was really good, and the pay was as per market standards. I also worked with some really smart people on the team. I loved every day of it while working for the company.
Frequent layoffs. I mean, I hate the fact that the CEO is not at all positive in any of the town halls.
We should be able to manage hiring better. The excuse that we are doing this because of market conditions is getting stale. A market condition every year, impacting several lives, is a result of your incompetence.
