George Kurian is a talking head. He says he cares, then lays off 12% of the company. I bet he didn't take a pay cut. There is no upward mobility. When things get tough at NetApp, the first thing they do is layoffs.

Apply for co-op and haven't gotten a response yet. I had a 45-minute standard interview with QA managers. They were really chill and patient, and they would guide you if you were stuck, so there was no pressure during the interview.
