I like it that I am challenged by growing into new areas that I have not used before in previous jobs.
It is not a startup company, but the company still has that mentality, and so it is run that way.
They have a new CEO and they need to be given more time with projects. It seems like an eleventh-hour company. Everything needs to be done right away.
