Not the best place to advance your career, especially if you are a mid-entry level engineer. Managers act as hurdles to your growth rather than facilitating it.
Management has become very conservative due to failures in the past.
You will not like it here if you like some space and decision-making powers to work on things you like.
Favoritism amongst top management.
