Very low prospects of growth. Expect a promotion in 5+ years, and there are so many layers that if you start as a Software Engineer, you'll become a Senior Engineer in 12+ years (if you're lucky).

Please give engineers more authority and treat them as adults.

Software Engineer
The interview process was really good. HR was really collaborative. Initially, I had a telephonic screening round with the hiring manager. I had five onsite rounds, one hour each. Problems were on linked lists, trees, tries, and DP.
