Good culture, friendly colleagues, nice pay and perks.
Work-life balance is great, at least in my department.
The engineering development environment is getting really strict and less flexible due to the recent security upgrade.
I know security is important, and flexibility is a common issue for huge companies like NetApp, but I think there is a way to improve engineers' daily work experience.

The interview process was good until the day of the interview. From that day onwards, the recruiter has been continually ignoring my emails, calls, and any attempt to get in touch whatsoever. I would definitely not recommend anyone waste their time
