Nice people, great facilities in RTP. Free gym, reasonably priced cafe.
2 weeks PTO to start, coupled with 2(!) mandatory shutdowns, gives almost no days off of your choice. Once a great place to work, according to many, morale is a mess, and good, very technical folks are leaving in droves.
Figure out how to determine what customers really want and allow employees to produce it. Also, fix the ridiculous PTO program.
