It was a normal interview. Nothing unusual. It was not the position for working on NetApp storage technology, so the process was different. This was for their Front-End technology and server development group.
QA Engineer
They called me up out of the blue for an onsite. It wasn't very technical; it was a lot of theoretical questions. Make sure you brushed up on your C and Perl, though.
Software QA Manager
One phone screen and then three rounds on-site. The first round was with manager peers, the second with the engineering team, and the third with two directors.
