To anyone seeking employment at NetApp, be aware of a couple of critics in the company. They will not let you survive. They harassed an employee and were happy when the employee quit. They did the same to a first-line manager, and he quit. They also harassed a previous second-line manager. By doing all this, they took over the manager role of the department. The new second-line manager is not aware of what is happening in the group. The company really sucks but boasts about its culture and work-life balance. It is not a place to be, as HR and management are not fair to employees.
