Software Engineer
For outstation candidates, a minimum of two independent telephonic interviews are held. If successful through these, they are then called for a face-to-face interview.
Soa Developer
The interview process was very straightforward, right from screening the resume to providing the offer. My resume was shortlisted for the Oracle SOA Team. I attended six rounds of interviews, and every discussion was smooth.
Senior SDET
Interviews were conducted online. The process was good. However, the interview was not challenging enough. The team interviewers also lacked the ability to create interest in the team and their tasks. This did not feel like a startup environment.
