During this time, the employer did not clarify whether the position was for a DevOps role or a software engineer role.

By the time I arrived on site, it seemed they had decided it was a software engineer position, with a slight focus on operations.

Some interviewers on site were prepared and professional, while others were not.

Overall, the experience was negative. I should not have proceeded to the on-site interview, as I clearly did not possess the skill set they were looking for, given my stronger operations background than development background.

Considering the reviews indicating a culture of fear at Netflix and my interview experience, I will not pursue a position with this company.
