Process
I applied online. The process took 3-4 weeks, and I received an email from the recruiter to set up a call. After another 3-4 weeks, I was invited to speak with the hiring manager.
The hiring manager told me, "No doubt, you can join the next round, and we will speak again in 2-3 weeks."
After one month of silence, I pinged the recruiter again. He replied that they had decided to move forward with another candidate, which was very disappointing.
The process was long and intransparent.
