Process
I was contacted for a recruiter call a day after submitting my application. We had the call the same week and scheduled a call with the Hiring Manager the following week.
We waited a week before getting an update that I would be moved forward to a Teams interview. I completed the 2.5-hour team interview and haven’t received any update for two weeks. I assume I have been rejected, but I am disappointed to have been ghosted, especially from Netflix.
I had really great conversations with everyone I met. The interview questions were more conversational than serious or tough. I had a pleasant experience overall, aside from being ghosted.
